GeoModular is part of GeoCorp – a Lanarkshire-based engineering and project management company with multi-division capability delivering capital projects across Scotland. Every installation is assessed and coordinated by construction professionals with 20+ years of site delivery experience. We understand sequencing within active programmes and working safely within live environments.
We are manufacturer-independent. We select the unit that suits the use, site, programme and budget, and we manage the installation package and the interfaces around it: base, connections, fit-out and handover. Groundworks and construction can be delivered by GeoConstruction, and building services by GeoEngineering, where the project needs them.

Welfare provision is specified to meet CDM 2015 and scaled to the workforce. Duty holders on each site keep their own responsibilities; principal contractor capability is available through GeoConstruction where appointed.

GeoModular is led by George McNeil, founder and Managing Director of Geo Corp Ltd. George has delivered capital projects for more than ten years, including acting as principal contractor on a manufacturing site expansion of around £500,000 covering demolition, new offices and a laboratory, process plant and boundary works, and has coordinated architects, engineers, fabricators, systems integrators and trades on live operational sites.
